Meet Wingman360 Teammate

Your Newest Team Member

Wingman360 Teammate is an aviation knowledge and action assistant that joins your team. It answers from your organisation's approved knowledge with citations, and takes on the compliance documentation that eats your engineers' weeks.

Start with the two questions every organisation asks: can AI be trusted for aviation compliance documentation? and how does it compare with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

Core Capabilities

Grounded answers and the compliance documents that go with them, from one assistant in your environment

Cited Regulation Q&A

Ask about EASA, FAA, ICAO, or your own manuals. Every answer draws only on your approved knowledge base and carries citations you can verify.

From Your Documents To Audit-Ready Answers

Curate

Your admins ingest manuals, regulations, and records into a structured knowledge base. Nothing enters it without human approval.

Ask

Everyone gets cited answers drawn only from that approved knowledge. Users cannot alter the knowledge base; the boundary is structural.

Questions Aviation Teams Ask First

Short answers, each with the guide that goes into the regulation text behind it

What is Wingman360 Teammate?

Wingman360 Teammate is aviation compliance software with an AI assistant. It answers questions from your organisation's approved documents and the applicable EASA, FAA, JARUS and military regulations, cites the paragraph each answer came from, and drafts compliance matrices, SORA assessments, hazard assessments and operations documents for an engineer to review and sign.

Can AI be trusted for aviation compliance documentation? →

Where do the answers come from?

From a controlled corpus your administrators curate: expositions, manuals, procedures, records and engineering documents, plus the regulations that apply to you, at the revision you work to. Nothing enters the corpus without human approval, users cannot change it, and every answer carries a citation you can check against the source.

Which regulations does it cover?

EASA Part 21, Part 145, Part-CAMO, Part-IS and the UAS Regulations (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945 with their AMC and GM; FAA 14 CFR Parts 21, 107 and 145; JARUS SORA 2.5; and military airworthiness under EMAR and NATO STANAG 4671. Your own approved documents sit next to them in the same corpus.

Does the AI approve, release or sign anything?

No. Under EASA and FAA rules the organisation holds the approval and nominated persons hold the responsibilities. The assistant retrieves, cross-references and drafts; the applicability decision, the means of compliance, the failure condition classification, the release to service and the signature stay with the named engineer.

Can it build an EASA or FAA compliance matrix?

It drafts the certification-basis compliance matrix that EASA expects under AMC 21.A.15(b) and the FAA under Order 8110.4C: the requirement list at the right amendment, a proposed applicability statement, a proposed means of compliance from MC0 to MC9, and the link to the compliance document, each traced to its clause. The engineer decides and signs.

Can it run on-premise or air-gapped?

Yes. Every customer gets a dedicated single-tenant deployment: a private cloud instance provisioned for your organisation alone, or an installation inside your own infrastructure. On-premise it can run with a fully local model, so no data and no model call leaves your network, which is the configuration defence and other restricted environments use.

How is it different from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

The general assistants answer from their training and the open web, from whatever a user uploaded at whatever revision, and any user can change what they know in a chat window. Wingman360 Teammate answers only from a controlled corpus at one revision, cites the paragraph, and runs where you decide. Most organisations use both, with the line written into their procedure.

Is a local model good enough for real engineering work?

We measured it. RDB-1, our Regulated Document Benchmark, scores models on a technical report written from 96,180 spreadsheet cells, 8,561 PDF pages and 872 review comments of a completed regulatory assessment. The best local model on Wingman360 Teammate scored 74 of 100, level with the best cloud model on the same harness.

RDB-1: Regulated Document Benchmark →

Who is it for?

Design and production organisations (DOA, POA), Part 145 maintenance organisations and CAMOs, UAS operators and LUC holders, UAS and aircraft manufacturers and their suppliers, defence airworthiness teams, and aviation consultants and auditors. Typical users are certification, airworthiness, safety, compliance and quality engineers.

How do we start?

Start from the documents you already control: the exposition, the manuals, the certification basis. We ingest them at the accepted revision, restrict who can change the corpus, agree what the assistant may draft and who reviews it, and measure its answers against the source before anyone relies on them. A dedicated deployment is up in days.
