Each entry records the document, the revision or edition used, the date it was last checked, and the pages that cite it. Regulation text is quoted verbatim in the guides; nothing here is paraphrased as rule.
Terms used across the guides are defined in the glossary. Guides are re-read against their sources every six months or when a source is revised.
